Introduction
A Supply Chain and operations management professional with more than 12 years of experience in logistics and operational environments. I have worked in organisations with very different requirements — contract logistics, e-commerce, postal services, retail, inventory services and the military — which gave me a hands-on understanding of flows, teams and field constraints.
Today I complement this operational experience with data, ERP systems and automation, to help companies make better decisions and build lasting performance.
